After traveling the world for 18 months, I returned to Minnesota and felt a deep sense of loss when I go out and most people won’t even make eye contact much less start a friendly conversation.

It’s like people are a bit more socially retarded and scared of opening up to strangers. Sadly, the more time goes on, the more I pity this.
